Effective January 1, 2023 the charge for
a cosmetic consultation will be $300, which is will be credited to any procedure you might schedule. A 3-week cancellation
policy for surgery is now in effect. If you must cancel surgery, except for emergency, please give 3 weeks notice in order
to avoid a cancellation fee. Masks are
recommended, but not required while visiting the office. If you do not feel well, please call and reschedule your visit.
