Your first appointment with Dr. Chen will consist of an initial consultation. At that time, he will examine you and discuss your treatment options. Arrangements will be made to schedule your surgery. The initial consultation will take between 60-90 minutes, depending upon the complexity of your problem.

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. You will be asked to fill out a medical history and other information.  Also, remember to bring a list of your medications, allergies and previous surgeries. To save time, you may wish to download and fill out our registration forms in advance. 

If your visit is medical in nature, please bring your insurance cards.  You will be responsible for any applicable referrals and copayments.

If your appointment is cosmetic in nature, the charge is $100.00, which will be credited toward your surgical procedure.
